Export Options

DataWise supports exporting dashboards and individual widgets in multiple formats. Export an entire dashboard as a PDF report with a cover page and table of contents. Export individual widget data as CSV or Excel for further analysis. Export charts as high-resolution PNG images for presentations and documents. All exports preserve the current filter and date range state.

PDF Export

The PDF export generates a professionally formatted report that includes a cover page with the dashboard title, timestamp, and branding. Widgets are rendered exactly as they appear on screen, including colors, labels, and data. You can choose a page layout (portrait or landscape) and include or exclude specific widgets. Pro and Enterprise users can also add a watermark, custom header/footer, and branding logo.

Data Export (CSV/Excel)

Export the underlying data of any widget as a CSV or Excel file. This is useful when you need to do additional analysis outside of DataWise or share the raw data with someone who does not have access to your dashboard. The export includes only the data visible after applying the current filters and aggregations.

Scheduled Reports

On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can schedule automated report delivery. Configure a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly), choose the dashboard and widgets to include, select the format (PDF or CSV), and specify recipients by email. Reports are generated automatically and sent on the configured schedule.

Image Export (PNG)

Individual charts can be exported as high-resolution PNG images at 1x, 2x, or 3x resolution. This is ideal for embedding charts in slide decks, documents, or websites. The export preserves the exact chart appearance, including custom colors, labels, and annotations.
