Quick Start Guide

Welcome to DataWise! This guide will walk you through setting up your account, uploading data, and creating your first dashboard. The entire process takes less than five minutes from sign-up to your first live visualization.

1. Create Your Account

Visit aibizops.com/signup and create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. Your account is free to start — no credit card required. You get 3 dashboards and 5 data sources on the Free plan, which is more than enough to evaluate the platform and start getting value from your data.

2. Upload Your First Data Source

Once logged in, navigate to the Data Sources section from the sidebar. Click "Upload File" and drag any supported file format: CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF, or DOCX. DataWise will automatically parse your file, detect column types, and clean common formatting issues. You can preview the data before confirming the upload.

3. Create Your First Dashboard

Click "New Dashboard" from your workspace. Select your uploaded data source from the dropdown. DataWise will analyze your columns and suggest the best widget configuration — typically a mix of KPI cards for totals, bar or line charts for categorical and time-series data, and a table for detailed records. Accept the recommendations or customize the layout. Click "Save" and your dashboard goes live immediately.

4. Ask Questions in Natural Language

Open your dashboard and use the AI chat panel on the right. Type a question like "What were the top 5 products by revenue last month?" or "Show me the trend of customer signups over the past 6 months." The AI will generate an appropriate visualization on the spot. You can pin these query results as permanent widgets on your dashboard.
